Only 3 and a half hours after I post this and you're offering help - admirable customer service.... I will email you tomorrow, but here are a few points. By no means am I slating the product. At the moment it's easily the second best shaver I've used - and the closest to Gillette I have ever tried. Maybe I'm just too used to using a Gillette shaver and am struggling to adapt? <strong>On closeness of shave the Azor wins</strong>, but I do miss the trimmer that the Fusion has. Speak soon......
